i've been a constant sun bather for years now(i'm 20). i never wear sunblock. i have tan skin dark hair and blue eyes. a buddy of mine said because i have light eyes that i'm more at risk of skin cancer, that's a lie right?
what do blue eyes have anything to do with vulnerability to sun?
Skin damage?
THAT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE...PLEASE APPLY SUNBLOCK EVERY DAY. EVEN INDOORS BECAUSE ULTRA-VIOLET RAYS COMES THRU WINDOWS. PROTECT YOUR EYES WITH SHADES WITH SUNBLOCK TO PROTECT YOUR EYES AND THE SKIN AROUND YOUR EYES. I'M 37 AND I'VE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY SKIN SINCE I WAS 15.
I LOOK LIKE I'M IN MY MID 20'S. EVEN TANNING BEDS ARE A NO-NO. USE SPRAY TANS TO KEEP LOOKING GOOD...SAFELY.
Skin damage?
nope.. but star wearing sun screen! You get your skin once! Look at these bronze 20 year olds on tv. They look good now, but give them 10 years and they will be leather. I get crapped on all the time about my porceline skin, but I tell people that I will look awesome when I am older. My grandma is 74 and look amazing and has NO wrinkles.
Reply:Start wearing sunblock now and not just on sunny days. Make it part of your daily regimen. I have Olive skin, tanned, brown eyes and thus far have had no cancer. I wear sunblock daily now. But, I do have dark pigmentation on parts of my exposed skin. Luckily it is just pigmentation and nothing more serious. You can never be too careful.
