i have sensitvie skin and frequently get red spots they do go down after a fweek or two but i want to know why im gettin this and what i can do to prevent getting them.im not sure if its my food or the products or my washing up powder for my duvet and pillow case.what is more likely and what can i do....as these spots leave red dots on my face. i do get dry skin around the mouth area but oily nose...cheeks are also dry. someone said it may not be acne but something else...does anyone know what it could be..

If it were an allergic reaction to the items you mentioned they would be other places along with your face. It may be acne or it could be a reaction to a product you are only using on your face

sounds like an allergy to something i am allergic to perfumes strong odurs like petrol fumes and i get same as you i take anti histamine everyday and use doublebase cream to ease dryness see your doctor
