I have these weird bumps underneath my facial skin (cheeks) and they won't go away, they are hidden beneath the skin but they also show a red dot on the outside of my skin, they are quite small to feel under the skin (about the size of a marble). Can someone please tell me what they are? As well as how to get rid of them?

you have ingrown hairs that have become infected... here's an easy solution that should clear it up in a couple of weeks... you should exfoliate before you shave... get a facial scrub... the bumps are ingrown hairs from shaving... use a toner or after shave afterwards to close pores... at night... put a dot of 99 cent white toothpaste on the bumps... leave all night... please please please don't pick... no matter how it looks... try this out... should work great! a dab of tea tree oil will help clear out the infection naturally... do it after toner...
