If u have zits... use zit zappers such as:

Tea Tree Oil (body shop)

Daily foaming face wash (body shop)

If u want home remedies then :

Apply garlic on the zit as soon as it appears and it will go by the next day...

Use Honey on blemishes....

Keep ur face warm....

Wash it with warm water thn cold water, always end the wash with cold water.

Dont let ur face get dirty, and dont use too much of base makeup...

see a dermotologist, they work miracles
Reply:Wash your face twice a day with a Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic acid based cleanser, then apply an oil free moisturizer. Also, exfoliate once a week.
Reply:you could go to your doctor and see if they will recomend a special face wash 4 you.
Reply:Sounds like you need more daylight. I dont use any products and chemicals either on my face. just water. Daylight, natures remedy always seems to be the best. let your skin breath!
Reply:As a teenager I too had clear skin. Recently I have moved to an area that is much more humid than I was used to and my skin has gone crazy. I have acne and horrible black heads. I started using Proactive Solution 4 days ago and the difference is already noticeable. Give it a shot it is working for me.
Reply:Your face has several areas that are related to your reproductive organs and hormone levels. As you age, your body changes. You may also be experience different kinds or more stress. See a dermatologist... get a facial from a licensed ethetician... and you may even what to try Pro Active... a face cleansing system to help with acne and blotchy skin. I've experienced the same thing as you, and now that I'm in my 30's... my skin is changing once again. Good luck.
Reply:Try a sauna
Reply:You should see your doctor, because this could be a sign of a hormonal imbalance. Even if your hormones are fine, your doctor can give you medication to clear it up once and for all. In the meantime, wash your face with an oil-free cleanser with salicylic acid in it, like Neutrogena, and use a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream on your face before you go to bed. Use a light moisturizer during the day like Aveeno. Another thing that really helps is the glycolic peel kit by L'Oreal. It costs about 20 bucks, but it's worth it. You'll see immediate results. And make that doctor's appointment.
Reply:Always wash your face before you go to bed at night, even if you washed earlier in the day, because natural oils can build up and clog your pores. If you wear a makeup foundation. always opt for an oil free based one.Make sure you drink plenty of water besides a healthy diet.

keep your hands away from your face, so many times, I had people telling me the same thing, and I didn't even realize I was doing it, playing with or running my fingers through my hair and then touching my face, what happens here is that the natural oils from the hair get on your hands ,then of course you go and touch your face.

I use avon products, not only are they reasonable, they work better then some of those name brand department store products.

Avons' true pore fection is a wonderful cleanser, that deep cleans and lifts out any impurities and oil, but is a gentle daily cleanser

Reply:I too suffered from that i went all thought high school and nothing!! I was about 24 or 25 when mine started!! But it much much better now!! Check out my profile for more info about my story!!
Reply:I've actually had the same problem. When I was younger I went through a couple months with acne on my forehead and then after that my skin was perfect, now I have problems with my chin every once in a while. Recently I've been using the Wave by Neutrogena, and then afterwards I use Healthy Skin by Neutrogena as well. I've been to the dermatologist and what they gave me never worked, but I remember her telling me to use Neutrogena to wash my face. So ever since I stick to their products.
Reply:Crystal Clear microdermabrasion-sounds scary but it takes layers of the skin off-no side effects, jsst can't wear make-up for that day. recovering acne i have had it every week, also gets rid of scars and wrinkles! tho i dnt need to worry bowt that yet lmao! also dermalogica medicated clearing gel is super for breakouts, never come across anything so good, it reduces spots in even one nyyt, i reeli recomend it. jerseybeautycompany do it cheap xxx also it's common 4 adults to get acne nowadays.. myb stress?? try visiting your doctor too..
Reply:I only use virgin coconut oil to moisturize my face and as body lotion. It works better than anything else I've ever tried. (and it couldn't possibly be safer - it's natural, there are no chemicals in it).

My skin is pretty even... not to oily or dry but I've never noticed more pimples from putting virgin coconut oil on my face.

It's natural and smell like fresh coconut. And it's cheap.

I've got it from eBay item:

Reply:hello there,

what actually happens is every seven years your hormones change. you'll often find your hair changes, maybe thinner/oilier/drier etc.

same with your skin. also don't put it past the fact that your lifestyle may be different now.

your sleep patterns could mean less sleep(your skin actually rejuvinates itself when your having some shut eye)

you could be grabbing convenient foods if you don't have time to think about what your eating,

your skin could be dehydrating the older you get.

if you don't moisturise you skin or drink enough water to nourish your skin then it can actually overproduce its own oils/sebum which could cause spots.

your best bet is lots of fresh foods, 8-10 glasses of water a day. also think of vitamins like gla ultra(gamma linoleic acid), high concentrate of starflower oil. this stabilises hormones and helps skin hair and nails healthy.

good luck
Reply:You can't, your skin is your skin, get used to it, mine is quite bad too but there is nothing for it, we can't all be air-brushed supermodels hun!
