Skin elasticity...?

Iv lost weight, but I cant seem to tighten my skin up. Whats the best way to increase my skins elasticity and tighten it?

its all according to how old you are, over 30 your elasticity goes way down and over 50 its hopeless and you have to have surgery, lots and lots of exercise is best, swimming, biking, walking. crunches and leg lifts.

if you lost a LOT of weight then you might think of plastic surgery to take out a little unwated skin. If you didn't lose very much, building muscles is about the only way to tighten your skin.
Reply:I've read that you have to continue to loose weight, there still fat there that makes the skin sag. Make sure youre working on your mucles, as loss of mucle tone could also be the culprit.





Bottom line: Give it time, work on mucle toneing, and keeping a healthy lifestyle before considering surgery.
