Were do they sell Skin Lighteners?

I really Want that pale complextion..I would describe my skin as a sort of tanned peach. I want my skin to be like Milk....So I really need to know anything I can buy that will make my skin pale. Oh I should also add that i dont want anything that i have to buy over the pc. Im looking for any store in orange county or la. that just sells a good skin whitener, please help im so desperate.Thanks .
