my skin is really dry, its fine wen i use moisteriser, but then i get spots every other week, and when i get spots my skin goes horibly dry and even moisteriser makes no difference it actualy makes my skin feel worse, iv tried diferent moisterisers but they are all thesame. what can i put on my skin to keep it hydrated and that i can still apply foundation over it?
