Mederma? Whiter skin?

I usually put lotion around my scar. When I used mederma, it turned my scar whiter but it always turns the skin around the scar white too. So my skin around the scar on my face is whiter than my face skin color. Is it because of the lotion?
Mederma? Whiter skin?
Yes, it probably thins out the skin a little bit. Don't worry, the skin around the scar will go back to normal.
Mederma? Whiter skin?
yes it could be very likley.merderma works so that it can lighten the scars tone. i have actually been using Scar Zone for about 4 days now and it hasnt done that to me it was also cheaper than merderma and ive have noticed a diffrence
Reply:Yeah, my stylist told me she used mederma and neosporin to lighten her scars. I think they contain some type of citric acid, which can lighten your skin/fade dark spots away.
Reply:Massaging the area it gets the blood flowing and helps the circulation for healing. Also, Vitamin E gel tablets are a miracle worker. I used it on stretch marks and a six inch scar on my arm and it was amazing how well it worked. You can get them at your local pharmacy. Just break it open and apply to the area 2-3 times a day. Result depend on how long you've had the scarring. The scar should start to fade in color and texture, just the scar. Again, the result aren't immediate but they will happen so don't get discouraged.

I've tried mederma but didn't get as good a result as when I started this routine.

Good Luck!
