Skin help needed desperately!?

help! there are alot of small little bumps on my cheeks, forehead and almost every where! and at when they first appear, i tried squeezing but nothing came out, but after afew days, i tried again and sometimes there are white pus coming out.





i read about it and i thought it was whitehead at first, so i cleaned my skin thoroughly. I used a cleanser with micobeads, an a loreal toner and moisturer. but i still dun understand why my skin still has small little bumps all over! this irritates me alot and i am very worry. PLS help me!!! and tell me what is this!!

Try Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub, to exfoliate - do every other day for two weeks - most will be gone!


Maintain with apricot scrub twice a week.


PS: keep up the rest of your good skin care routine!


Be sure the moisturizer is oil free, and non comedogenic [ doesn't cause pimples ].


And drink LOTS of water!

go to your dermotologist and tell them your problem. Retain A is a good creme that gets rid of pimples, scars, and stuff like that. you might want to ask for a sample. if you ask them for some samples of cremes they will give them to you

you can go to a pharmacy and get a steroid


cream that will make them go down within 2-3 days
