Flubbery loose skin from the pregnancy or fat or fatty skin???

For previous mommies, how do you lose that extra skin after the baby??? I fill like a kangaroo with an empty pouch ever since i had my newborn lolz. It's been two weeks, the baby and I are doing fab but I would like to get back to my regular body. So far the only tip I have is sit ups... any tips on how to loose this extra skin/fat around the stomach fast? Please share, thanks!

Make sure you get the OK from your doctor to start exercising your core muscles. Because right now your stomach muscles are more than likely still separated. Also you need to only do light exercises until you stop bleeding.

This is not enough info, girly girl..........how much weight did you gain? If a small amount, you might be able to get away with crunches or a personal trainer but if you gained like 50 pounds or more, you may really be best hiring a personal trainer or getting a tummy tuck Kids are NOT good for our figure, but they sure are worth it.
Reply:Well breast feed and give it some time i still have some loose skin and i dont know how to finish getting rid of it but at two weeks you shouldnt begin any exercise regime without doctor approval and that comes at around 6 weeks postpartum and it does take TIME for things to get close to back to normal it doesnt happen overnight just like you didnt grow the baby belly overnight it took 9 months and typical results for 'normal' are around a year so be patient it will go away for the most part
Reply:well i just walked alot and tried to get in lil stomach exercises as possible like when i reach up i *** down wit a lil crunch!!lol but i mean in time it would go away also breast feedin is supooose to help!!!

if you are keen on working out, get some gladwrap and wrap your stomach up - do cardiovascular workout - star jumps, jump on the spot - somethign to make you sweat. because the gladwrap wont let your stomach cool down, it'll help in shedding off the extra fat. i know it sounds ridiculous, but it worked for me!





after your workout/shower get some palmer's cocoa butter formula:massage lotion for stretch marks %26lt;%26lt; this stuff is magic!!!
Reply:Walking and running will help whether it's outdoor or on a treadmill. Also doing crunches (regular and cross) will help. Sometimes it's impossible to loose even if you've tried everything..which then means you might want to talk with a plastic surgeon if it's a huge deal to you.
